Payment, cancellation, and rescheduling terms may vary depending on the booking method or service selected. If weather or water conditions are not suitable, Guana Foil Co. may reschedule your lesson at no additional charge. No-shows, late arrivals, or last-minute cancellations may be subject to fees or forfeiture of payment.
Guana Foil Co. provides required lesson equipment, which may include an eFoil board, helmet, impact vest, remote, battery, and related gear. Participants agree to use all equipment responsibly and only as instructed. Participants may be responsible for damage caused by misuse, negligence, or failure to follow directions.
